Returns and Exchanges
Please contact Auto Racing Technik at info@autoracingtechnik.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) which will be issued for qualifying Returns or Exchanges. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the date of receipt. Return shipping charges must be prepaid.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING:
• Damaged or modified parts, previously installed or altered parts
• Custom and special order parts
• Electrical parts
• Special priced or clearance items
• Used or discontinued parts
The RMA number must be included with your return and marked clearly on the outside of the package to ensure your claim is properly reviewed and your account credited. This is all true only if the return meets the above-mentioned criteria. Returned merchandise must be labelled with the part number in the original packaging and be in perfect resalable and non-used condition, sent back to us within 10 days from the date of receipt. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Custom and Special Order items are not returnable.
